GREECE 2016: Refugee camp in Piraeus.

Morgan State University Global Reporting Project Team members Synclaire Cruel and Arius Bevins visit a refugee camp in Piraeus, Greece, mostly inhabited by Syrians and Afghans.

There was a great deal of activity amongst Afghan refugees we met in Victoria Square —a place where all the Syrian refugees were also —until Sunday.
The refugee boys wanted their pictures taken, they loved the camera. Refugees had to hand wash their clothes, then hang among the bushes to dry.
All the kids wanted their pictures taken. We tried to communicate with some of their mothers, but either they didn’t have Facebook or an email to send them pictures.
